Aside from that, there are several strategies for developing teaching staff, including: expanding and equalizing opportunities in schools; improving education quality and suitability; improving education systems and management; and empowering school institutions. This study has a number of problems, including limited access to the most recent and relevant literature, as well as difficulties in combining material from numerous sources, each with their own perspective and methodology. This constraint may have an impact on the accuracy and completeness of researchers' analyses. As a result, recommendations for future study include increasing access to broader and more recent academic databases, as well as considering the use of mixed research methods. This can provide a more comprehensive, thorough, and valid picture of effective ways for managing the professional development of teachers in schools.
2024-08-03T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Al-Aghniya: Journal of Syariah Business Managementhttps://jurnal.staidaf.ac.id/aghniya/article/view/364Analysis of Online Buying and Selling Using Dropshipping System in the Perspective of Contemporary Muamalah Fiqh2024-07-20T03:03:22+07:00Ahmad Asron Mundofiahmadasronmundofi@gmail.comSiti Marya Ulfasitimaryaulfa799@gmail.comEko Prayetnoechopray99@gmail.comLa Ode Musaldinlmus0003@studnet.monash.edu
This research aims to analyze online buying and selling practices using a dropshipping system. Dropshipping is a sale method where the seller or dropshipper does not need to store the goods being sold. In this system, the dropshipper determines the price of goods that are not owned, then after receiving an order from the buyer, the dropshipper buys the goods from the supplier and immediately sends them to the buyer at the set price, taking advantage of the difference between the purchase price and the selling price. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a normative approach. The research results showed that the dropshipping system in online buying and selling has fulfilled the requirements for legal buying and selling according to the rules of Islamic law. In its implementation, online dropshipping buying and selling used two contracts, namely salam contract and the wakalah contract, with change to the ijab and qabul processes. According to the original law, the practice of dropshipping can be prohibited (haram) since it has the potential to contain usury nasi'ah for ribawi goods and sale transactions before ownership for non-ribawi goods. The proposed syar'i solution for dropshipping practices includes the change to the ijab qobul process, implementing wakalah bil ujroh (where the dropshipper acts as a representative of the consumer), and using the concept of ba'i salam. However, the last solution was considered less preferable since the capital was not handed over at the beginning of the contract.
2024-08-03T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Ahmad Asron Mundofi, Siti Marya Ulfa, Eko Prayetno, La Ode Musaldinhttps://jurnal.staidaf.ac.id/aghniya/article/view/362Admin Fees and Customer Needs on Transaction Decisions with Bank Muamalat Batu Malang2024-07-18T04:42:17+07:00Wildan Syahrun Mubaroqwildansaleho19@gmail.comImam Sopingim.imam290983@gmail.comMuhammad Rizal Asririzalasri23@icloud.com
This study aims to analyse the impact of admin fee and customer needs on transaction decisions with Bank Muamalat Batu Malang. The subjects of this study were 100 customers of Bank Muamalat Batu Malang, East Java. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach and purposive sampling technique. Data were analysed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, admin fee and customer needs impact on transaction decisions with Bank Muamalat Batu Malang. Partially, admin fee has a negative impact on transaction decisions, while customer needs have a positive impact. The logic behind this finding is that high admin fee can be an obstacle for customers to make transactions, because they feel burdened by these additional costs. Conversely, fulfilled customer needs, such as easy access to banking services and products that suit their needs, encourage customers to be more active in transactions. The conclusion of this study is that both admin fee and customer needs have a significant influence on customer decisions to transact at Bank Muamalat Batu Malang. The logical implication of this finding is that Bank Muamalat needs to consider reducing admin fee or offering special programmes that can ease the cost burden for customers. In addition, banks must also continue to improve the quality of banking services and products that suit customer needs to encourage an increase in the number of transactions.
2024-08-03T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Wildan Syahrun Mubaroq, Imam Sopingi, Muhammad Rizal Asrihttps://jurnal.staidaf.ac.id/aghniya/article/view/368The Application of Entrepreneurial Models in the Development of Educational Management Curriculum2024-07-23T17:13:53+07:00Muh Ibnu Sholehindocelllular@gmail.comMohamed Ramadhan Abd Allah Mohamedmohamed.eletmany@sci.svu.edu.egNur ‘Azahazahnur@gmail.comSokip Sokipardhan6000@gmail.comAsrop Syafi’iaasrop.stainta@gmail.com
This study investigated the integration of entrepreneurial models into the development of educational management curricula within higher education institutions. Given the critical role of entrepreneurship in contemporary higher education, the research employed a library research methodology. This involves the systematic collection of data from a range of sources, including books, journal articles, theses, dissertations, research reports, and other relevant academic publications. Data is retrieved from academic databases such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, ProQuest, EBSCOhost, and university digital repositories to access literature pertinent to entrepreneurship and higher education. The analysis results indicated that each entrepreneurship model has its own strengths and challenges. The Entrepreneurship-Based Education Model integrates entrepreneurial principles holistically into various courses, while the Project-Based Entrepreneurship Model emphasises practical experience. The Case-Based Learning Model develops students' analytical skills by solving real business problems, and the Incubator and Accelerator Models provide essential support and resources to turn business ideas into successful ventures. The main challenges include resource limitations, industry support, and the need for continuous evaluation and refinement. These findings are expected to significantly contribute to the development of higher education management curricula and support the preparation of a more adaptive and innovative future generation in the field of entrepreneurship.
2024-08-03T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Muh Ibnu Sholeh, Mohamed Ramadhan Abd Allah Mohamed, Nur ‘Azah, Sokip Sokip, Asrop Syafi’ihttps://jurnal.staidaf.ac.id/aghniya/article/view/366Sharia Investment: Understanding Prohibitions and Guidelines for the Right Investment Choices2024-07-20T03:35:20+07:00Aditya Rahayu Pradiktaadityarpradikta@gmail.comArie Ariearie@alfacentauri.sch.id
The aim of this research is to provide an in-depth understanding of sharia investment principles, involve their impact on investment decisions, and provide practical guidance to guide market players in carrying out investment practices that are in accordance with the principles of Islamic law.
