This journal is published twice a year in May and November. The focus of this journal contains articles concerning research on Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education/Primary/Islamic Elementary School (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah)/Elementary School (Sekolah Dasar) Teacher Education, such as competency analysis, learning strategies, learning theory, learning development, and educator professionalism. Reviewers will review any submitted paper. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of using serial picture media in improving elementary students' narrative writing skills. This research employs a literature review approach, analyzing various relevant scientific sources to draw insights from previous findings. Data collection methods involve documentation techniques, utilizing journals, books, and scientific articles as instruments. The data analysis method used is content analysis. The findings indicate that the use of serial pictures significantly enhances writing skills, including narrative structure, language use, and student creativity. Additionally, student motivation for learning increases with this media. The conclusion of this study underscores the importance of implementing serial pictures in writing instruction and suggests developing digital resources to address access and resource challenges. This case study highlights collaboration in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, an initiative in Indonesia that aims to provide schools with greater freedom in designing curricula according to student needs and potential. In a holistic approach, education does not only focus on academic achievement but also on building character and life skills. The Merdeka Curriculum enables teaching that is more contextual and relevant to students' daily lives, encourages project-based learning, and active participation from various stakeholders including teachers, students, parents, and the community. This case study shows that effective collaboration between teachers and school officials with parents and the community can enrich students' learning experiences. Additionally, flexibility in the curriculum allows for adapting teaching and assessment methods that are more responsive to individual student needs. As a result, students showed an increase in learning motivation, creativity, and critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. The study also identified challenges in implementing a holistic approach, including the need for ongoing training for teachers and adapting a more comprehensive evaluation system. This research used descriptive qualitative research method with case study approach. The research subjects were teachers and students of MI al khoiriyyah 2 Semarang. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the literacy program at MI Al Khoiriyyah 2 Semarang, which consists of Reading Corner activities and making Mini Book, has been implemented well. Through this program, students can not only improve their literacy skills, but also can understand and take Islamic values contained in every story they read. These values are expected to shape students' character and can be applied in their daily lives, both at school and at home. Therefore, it is very important for teachers and parents to carry out careful, ongoing supervision and limit children's use of TikTok. Based on research results from several researchers, it is known that TikTok has a significant influence on students' interest in learning, giving rise to concerns among teachers regarding its impact on learning outcomes. This study aims to examine the roles of parents, teachers, and the community in addressing this crisis. Using a qualitative approach, data were literatur. The findings reveal that parents play a key role in instilling moral values through home routines and exemplary behavior. Teachers contribute by integrating character education into the curriculum and creating a supportive learning environment for students’ moral development. Meanwhile, the community contributes by fostering a conducive social environment and organizing community activities that uphold moral values. The study concludes that synergy among parents, teachers, and the community is essential to cultivate a morally sound and virtuous generation.
